Some large orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

• Standard Shipping on Orders under $100 within Australia is $10.00
• Standard Shipping on Orders over $100 within Australia is FREE *Excluding Dr Teal's and Bathefex products.
• New Zealand Shipping on Orders under $100 is $18.00 including GST.
• New Zealnad Shipping on Orders over $100 is FREE. *Excluding Dr Teal's and Bathefex products.

Australian Delivery

Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure you have completed all address details to ensure your order arrives in the fast possible timeframe. We will endeavour to send your order to you within 5-7 business days of making your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering

Due to ongoing issues with international delivery timeframes and tracking, we are unable to provide what we believe is a high level of Customer Service.
We have therefore made the decision to temporarily suspend International Shipping from this site until such time we can provide our usual service level.
