Returns Policy, Refunds & Exchanges
If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product, Salon Concepts will gladly give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products.
Please contact our customer service team via the contact us page for details on how to return the product or to obtain details on how to make a claim for refund.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of Chemcorp International Pty Ltd.
All claims are individually assessed and all approved returns are credited back to the original credit card / paypal account used to make the purchase.
We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. Therefore, all approved returns are firstly refunded and then a new order is created.
Please contact us prior to returning goods to Salon Concepts. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods Chemcorp will refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order.
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Chemcorp. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international deliveries are subject to our International terms and conditions.
